There are 2 types of Tornado Fries® licenses available.

Choose "Mobile License" if you want to sell Tornado Fries® from a mobile structure like a tent or trailer, in a non-permanent location. For example, if you plan on going to fairs, festivals, carnivals etc., then a "Mobile License" is what you want. With this license type, you get exclusivity in the county you select. We will only issue one mobile license in each county.

Choose "Fixed Location License" if you want to sell Tornado Fries® from a permanant structure with a street address. With this license type, you get a protected area based on proximity to your store.
